As Micheal Foucault said,,, we are not from the same planet, this means I think we all have the different point of view so that If one who have the critical point of view see a thing as this, others who are straightforward see a thing as that. I think this situation which is not strange at all in korea could be understandable because also language has the sociality which even can make the literally ungrammaticl expression acceptable if people who are relevant to the specific situation nod.
in sum, if you have intention to making all english expression correc, you can do it. but if you do not have interest with that kind of things, you do not have to this because someone like an author of this article can change the world as they effort.
interesting reading of the foucault comment. i interpreted it a little differently, but i like your explanation here. i also like your idea that 'non-grammatical' language can be used in creative ways. i often wonder why language teachers seem to believe they are the policemen of proper language use.
